Rob's Role
Rob is the first point of contact for clients. He handles all initial meetings, walking clients through Lindross' entire process and helping them understand how their remodeling project will unfold. Once a client is ready to move forward, Rob sends out a pre-construction agreement to kick off the collaboration.
Rob is also deeply involved in the design process, working with clients on 2D space management and design approvals. Once designs are finalized, Rob assists with the estimating process. He’s even hands-on during the early stages of production, helping to coordinate framing layouts and ensuring that everything is on track.
As Rob explains, "I love working as a team to create viable solutions for our clients and keep those change orders to a bare minimum,". His attention to detail and dedication to the client experience helps projects run smoothly from start to finish!
A Day in the Life
What makes Rob’s role so unique is the wide variety of tasks he handles daily: “The good thing about my job is I rarely do the same thing two days in a row. I might build scopes of work in the morning and then head out to the field later that day,” he says. This mix of office and on-site responsibilities keeps things fresh and exciting, though he admits that building scopes of work isn’t his favorite part of the job!

Outside of Work
When he’s not busy helping clients at Lindross, Rob enjoys spending his free time indulging in his hobbies. An avid model railroader, his garage is filled with intricate train sets that he works on in his downtime. He’s also a fan of paintball, though he admits that his body doesn’t always agree with the physical demands of the game!
